About Pacific Provisions

Pacific Provisions allows people to enjoy healthy home cooked foods while on vacation.  People often eat convenience food when away from home and so they don't feel their best. A trip to Hawaii is an opportunity to relax and enjoy the outdoors and cleanse the body and soul of all of the hassle of everyday life.  Healthy food is essential to this rejuvenation.  We will find the freshest produce and freshest fish and put it right in your fridge.  Don't struggle to find the grocery stores and the farmer's market, enjoy your vacation and let us do the shopping for you.
Pacific Provisions was founded by Chelsea Elich in 2005. Chelsea has a passion for food, cooking, and shopping. She has years of restaurant experience  and enjoys helping people feel healthy. Originally from the Big Island, Chelsea spent 5 years in California where, among other things, she organized provisions for sailing trips to Catalina, planned parties, and worked in the culinary industry. She has a special connection to nature and the island. She has trained horses in Waipio Valley and trained dolphins at the Hilton Waikoloa Village. In addition to supplying your vacation with healthy food, she can share the wonderful things the island has to offer.
